Casey Virgallito, second-generation owner, and her talented staff pride themselves on providing top quality products and personal service. Every order is handled individually and created uniquely to address the customer's needs. 

As a full-service florist, GeNell's carries fresh flowers, plants, silk flowers, and keepsake items for all occasions. Items are available for delivery or pick-up.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

We deliver to residences and business in all of the Piqua, Troy, Sidney, Covington, and Fletcher areas. We have limited delivery to Bradford, St. Paris and Tipp City.

Along with floral gifts, we also have a rotating inventory of sympathy gifts including inspirational afghans, wind chimes, angel statues, lanterns and garden stepping stones.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Delivery Policy

Orders must be received before 12:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. We cannot gaurantee same day delivery to rural route addresses or cemetary plots.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Acceptions may be made for funeral services being held on Sundays. Orders placed by Saturday for Sunday funerals may be delivered on Sunday.

We will be happy to assist you with placing an order for deliveries outside of our delivery area and international orders. Please call our shop directly to place your order.
